INDUSTRY NOTIFICATION
In October 2017, SCV Valve, LLC completed the acquisition of the SCV brand, all intellectual property, and inventory from a previous partnership with Southern California Valve. All operations in California related to the SCV Brand have ceased and were moved to the SCV Valve, LLC manufacturing complex in Santa Fe, TX. As a part of the agreement, Southern California Valve canceled their API 6D & API 6A licenses and no longer manufactures valves. SCV Valve, LLC continues to hold both API 6D & API 6A monogram licenses for the SCV brand in Santa Fe, TX. |
